ManSims Policies

ManSims Cancellation

ManSims will make the decision for canceling a workshop as soon as practical, generally no later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop. Upon cancellation, ManSims will make every reasonable effort to contact each registered participant individually, including telephone and email, to notify them of the cancellation in a reasonable timeframe. If the workshop is private, ManSims will work with the sponsoring organization’s contact to ensure each participant is notified promptly.

Each participant/sponsoring organization will be given, at the time of notification and/or as early as practical, opportunities to re-enroll in a subsequent workshop. Any funds already collected will be refunded or returned immediately, unless the participant/sponsoring organization reschedules. If rescheduled, funds collected will be applied to the new workshop. ManSims policy regarding fee collections precludes most needs for return of funds, since we do not charge credit cards or invoice P.O.’s until after the workshop commences.

Participant Cancellation

If you understand that we fly people and equipment across the country to perform Workshops, you realize that we have bills to pay even if you decide to not come. We think it reasonable to ask for the courtesy of a two-week cancellation notice for it to occur without charge. If you must cancel with less than two weeks notice, we suggest that it would be appropriate to either:

In all cases, we appreciate your call at the earliest opportunity. Any questions please direct them to Don Halley, Chief Operating Officer, donhalley@mansims.com, 303-513-2775.

Refunds

For ManSims caused refunds:
Any funds already collected will be refunded or returned immediately, unless the participant reschedules. If rescheduled, funds collected will be applied to the new workshop.

For participants caused refunds:
If you understand that we fly people and equipment across the country to perform Workshops, you realize that we have bills to pay even if you decide to not come. We think it reasonable to ask for the courtesy of a two-week cancellation notice for it to occur without charge, with a full refund returned immediately. If you must cancel with less than two weeks notice, we will apply the amount to a space at a future Workshop of your choice, or we will refund half the charge with no credits outstanding.

All requests for refund, recommendations or inquiries concerning refunds should be forwarded to Don Halley, Chief Operating Officer at 303-513-2775 or donhalley@mansims.com.

Complaint Resolution

ManSims will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. If there are instances that are not to the complete satisfaction of any participant, client, or organization dealing with ManSims, please forward the specifics of the complaint to one of the following company representatives. They will contact you immediately to resolve the complaint. Please refer to our guarantee—we will honor that in all cases.

All complaints should be forwarded to:

Don Halley, Chief Operating Officer, at 303-513-2775 or donhalley@mansims.com.

Record Retention

ManSims will make every effort to maintain all records pertinent to sponsorship for CPE or PDU credits. All documentation required by PMI, NASBA or any State Board of Accountancy that ManSims is a PDU or CPE Provider will be retained for a period of time no earlier than the most stringent requirement of PMI, NASBA or any individual state. In no case will that time be less than 5 years from the completion of any certification workshop or class. Lists of specific documentation required will be obtained from each organization and maintained with the records.

Records will be stored at ManSims corporate headquarters or a suitable, easily accessible storage facility. Any valid requests for records or inquiries concerning record retention should be forwarded to Don Halley, Chief Operations Officer at 303-513-2775 or donhalley@mansims.com.
